Fees & Payment Schedule

​15 March - one half of the fee, $1,750 CAD for three weeks OR $2,250 for four weeks, is due.  A reminder that the fee includes round trip airfare from KEF.
15 April - payment in full is due.  Scholarships and grants will come directly to Snorri West and be deducted from the amount each participant owes.

Refund Policy

The term “refund” refers to the full cost of the program.  Refunds or requests for cancellation must be received in writing to [email protected] or [email protected] by midnight on the date listed below:
15 April or before - one-half of the program fee minus the cost of the participant airline ticket if not able to be credited or reassigned.
16 April or later - no refund 

• If a replacement participant is located (i.e. waitlisted person) a full refund will be made minus the cost of the airline ticket.
• Personal travel insurance is required.  Not all policies are created equal so please do your research.
• No adjustment in fees will be made for late arrival, early departure, or dismissal.
• Participants sent home due to disciplinary reasons, homesickness, or inability to manage pre-existing medical, mental, emotional or social health conditions will not receive a refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
• The Snorri Programs are not responsible for costs incurred by a participant in preparing for a program that has been altered or canceled.
