2. You are required to submit a reference letter from a professional or academic reference (from someone who is familiar with you from school or work, i.e. boss, supervisor, professor, etc.). Reference letters must be emailed directly from the person of reference to both [email protected] and [email protected] on or before the application deadline.

Please note the following important information:
Interviews: In-person or video chat interviews are tentatively scheduled for the afternoon of Friday, February 20, 2026. You will receive your interview time slot once all applications have been reviewed, shortly after the application deadline. You will be notified shortly after interviews whether you will be offered a spot on the trip or not. We will maintain a waitlist in case a participant is unable to go on the trip.
Payment of fees: Payment, in full, of $3,500 CAD (+$1000 CAD for the optional add-on week in Washington State) will need to be paid to the Snorri Foundation account at Arion Bank no later than the end of the banking day on March 15, 2026.
