Fees & Payment Schedule
We require a minimum of ten people to participate. Prices quoted do not include airfare, which participants must purchase on their own.
2026 fees with selected accommodations and payment schedules are stated below:
Double occupancy with private bath - $6930 USD/person
Single occupancy with private bath - $6930 USD + $945 USD single supplement
Within one week of registration - non-refundable deposit of $299 USD due
1 April - first payment of $2500 USD due
15 May - outstanding balance due
Please note that the deposit of $299 USD is non-refundable. This fee is intended to help cover the cost of processing registrations and to secure bookings. Thank you for your understanding.

- Credit card payment (online): If you would like to pay online, we will provide you with a secure payment link. Please note that credit card payments incur a processing fee of 3.08%, which must be covered by the participant.
- Wire transfer: To pay via wire transfer, most banks require you to visit a branch in person. If you would like to pay via wire transfer, we will provide detailed instructions for you upon registration. Please be advised that international wire transfer fees of $30 - $50 may be assessed by the transfer agency for each transaction, regardless of transaction amount. These wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant.

Refund Policy
The term “refund” refers to the full cost of the program. Refunds or requests for cancellation must be received in writing to [email protected] by midnight on the dates listed below:
15 May or before - monies paid to date, minus the cost of the participant airline ticket if purchased by the Snorri Plus program.
16 May or later - no refund
As noted above, the $299 USD/person deposit is non-refundable.

16 May or later - no refund
- If a replacement participant is located (i.e. waitlisted person) a full refund will be made minus the cost of the airline ticket if purchased by the Snorri Foundation.
- We strongly recommend personal travel insurance. Not all policies are created equal so please do your research.
- No adjustment in fees will be made for late arrival, early departure, or dismissal.
- Participants sent home due to disciplinary reasons, homesickness, or inability to manage pre-existing medical, mental, emotional or social health conditions will not receive a refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or due to enrollment levels not being sufficient to offer programming. If this should happen, we reserve the right to withhold up to 10% of the total cost of the program to cover expenses already incurred.
- The Snorri Programs are not responsible for costs incurred by a participant in preparing for a program that has been altered or canceled.
As noted above, the $299 USD/person deposit is non-refundable.
