During the last week of the Snorri Program you will go on a adventurous historic tour traveling to the most exotic and beautiful locations in Iceland. The tour varies between years and so do the activities.

You will climb mountains and glaciers, visit extinct (and not so extinct) volcanoes, go river rafting, horseback riding and bathe in pleasantly warm, outdoor hot springs. A must is a two day stop at the Icelandic Emigration Center at Hofsós and a boat tour to Drangey Island where Grettir the Strong was an outlaw.
