During the first week in Reykjavík you will attend lectures organized by the program at the Culture House down town Reykjavík. This will widen your horizon and make your experience and understanding of Iceland and its people deeper. Examples of topics: History, Economy, Language, Geology, Feminism and Genetics.

You will also visit the Alþing, the Icelandic Parliament, go to museums and do shorter tours. If you are lucky, you will also meet the President of Iceland.
